How do I burn candles safely?

Great Question! Our candles have instructions at the bottom of each jar to make sure all goes according to plan.

Do your candles have any unnatural or harmful ingredients?

No! We are very proud to use only the finest materials, natural soy wax that is domestically sourced and high quality wood wicks free from any lead or plastics. Our scents are created from premium perfume. The candles are paraben, petroleum and phthalate free.

How strong are the scents?

We spent a lot of time experimenting and tweaking our formulation in order to get the strength just right and we think they are well balanced. Feel like we went too strong or too weak? We’d love to hear your feedback! Let us know at info@borncandles.com.

I have allergies; can I safely use your products?

Our candles are perfectly safe for most individuals suffering from allergies. The candles are all natural, burn clean and the fragrance does not irritate most allergies. As with all candles, the product is not meant to be used outside of its intended purpose (meaning: don’t eat it!)

Do you have a Corporate Gifting Program or deliver to larger events such as Weddings?

Yes! We’d love to help with that. Simply click “Corporate Gifting” for more information. We would be happy to help with your corporate gifts or event. Depending on how many candles you need, this could fall under our bulk order policy and pricing, and you can reach out to info@borncandles.com for more information.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal -  we do not accept cash, check, Venmo, Bitcoin, or money orders.

When will my order ship?

After placing your order, processing takes 1 to 2 business days. As soon as it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, we only ship outside the United States. Special shipping rates apply and will be calculated during checkout.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

We ship with only the most reliable carriers worldwide. Once the package has left our warehouse, BØRN Candles cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen or mis-delivered packages, but we want you to have the best possible experience with us. Please contact the carrier assigned to your order and see if they have any insight into what might have happened. If they are unable to assist, please email us at info@borncandles.com so we can work with you to resolve this. 

What is your Return Policy?

We put a lot of effort into thoroughly inspecting all of our products before they ship to ensure you receive the best possible BØRN Candles experience. 

We accept returns or exchanges on goods received that have been damaged in transit, shipped directly from us. All damaged items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for replacement or credit.

To return an item purchased from an authorized stockist, please contact them directly as they have their own specific policies.
